Location - Based in Sandwich, Must be able to travel across the UK
Salary- £70,000 Per Annum - negotiable and benefits package, plus uncapped bonus.

Our client is a major supplier of contract staff within the civil engineering / tunnelling industries, and they are looking for an ambitious and energetic Client Relations Manager to help grow this well-established family-run business.
In the Client Relations Manager role, you will build and develop strong relationships with the company's clients. You will be responsible for generating new sales strategies that benefit both the company and its customers. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to skilfully manage client expectations, deliver exemplary service, and generate new revenue.
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction with the company
- Develop new business
- Conduct research on the competition and be innovative
- Set revenue targets
- Spearhead initiatives with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell company services
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
Requirements for the Client Relations Manager
- Construction and infrastructure experience essential
- Must be willing to travel across the UK
- Team player
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Good working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights from KPIs.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in business development/procurement
