Location: Bristol (On-site)
Salary: Up to £30k + 10% bonus
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

My client is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Technician to join their dynamic team in Bristol. As a key member of the IT support team, you will provide 1st line support on the service desk, assisting internal users primarily remotely.

Travel required on an ad-hoc basis. Ideally, you will have a full driving license and a car.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving technical issues with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  • Managing helpdesk tickets and providing prompt support.
  • Assisting with service desk operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling hardware and software problems for internal users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Providing support for mobile devices.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or technical/IT support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  • Knowledge of network support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting apple devices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Programming skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Full driving license required.
