Central Employment is thrilled to announce its collaboration with a pioneering client dedicated to transforming industry norms. We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor within this innovative team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound calls from customers and couriers, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
- Fix problems for customers and answer their questions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Assist with general office tasks as required to contribute to overall team success.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
- Knowing your way around Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days in the office.
