An established manufacturing organisation in Wolverhampton has recently approached Mitchell Adam for assistance with their search for a talented, ambitious and intelligent Management Accountant to join their experienced and welcoming team. As a Management Accountant, you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director who will help provide some fantastic avenues for progression during your time within the organisation.

As a Management Accountant, you will be able to take control of the production of management packs for senior management, alongside gaining business partner responsibilities where you'll be working closely with project managers, being involved with financial meetings discussing budgets and forecasts and providing detailed insight on variances. You will be working closely with the CFO who will be on hand to assist with your development and provide you with senior responsibilities as you grow in this position.
Skills Required
- To be either currently studying your ACCA or CIMA Qualifications, or to consider yourself "Qualified by Experience"
- To have experience with a variety of month end processes, including producing the monthly management account packs for senior management. Any experience with budgeting and forecasting will be admired but not essential.
- To be confident and charismatic, this role will see you interact with a variety of individuals from different levels of seniority. It is important to be able to communicate in an effective manner.
- To be ambitious and driven. There are some fantastic avenues for progression within this organisation which could be achieved by someone who has the ability to develop their abilities.
