The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
