One not to be missed! My Private equity backed group client is seeking an all-round marketing professional to take the lead in group marketing strategy. The purpose of this role is to enhance the group brand, identify cross-sell opportunities and unify the operating companies.

Duties will include:
- Define and enhance the group brand through online and offline marketing activities
- Assess current cross-sell market within the group a and define strategy to increase revenue
- Collaborate with operating companies to support brand alignment and create effective strategy to support acquisitions through brand alignment process
- Take ownership of group social media platforms and develop consistent marketing schedule across all platforms
- Effectively analyse marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness vs kpis
- Identify high opportunity clients, and develop marketing strategies (online and offline) that engage with prioritised sectors for cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and manage the overall marketing budget
- Manage design and maintenance of Group Website
The perfect candidate for this role:
- Experienced working within a group setting
- Construction industry background
- A strong all-rounder- online and offline campaigns, socials, data analysis, website management, events, trade shows, awards
