Our client, a leading creative studio, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Producer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating project timelines and budgets, providing production support, and facilitating seamless communication across various freelance teams. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, vibrant environment and is eager to grow rapidly into a more senior role.
A note that this is a 3-month fixed term contract with the high possibility to extend or become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Production Support: Provide hands-on support during projects and on set, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.
- Meeting Support: Assist the Creative Director by taking minutes during meetings and ensuring effective follow-up on action points.
- Freelancer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of freelance teams, including retouchers, 3D designers, and manufacturers, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Innovative Thinking: Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and solutions that help transform the impossible into reality.
Qualifications:
- Agency experience preferred (1-3 years)
- Passion for creativity and a keen interest in the creative industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and a love for tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work both in the studio/office and remotely as needed.
- An eagerness to learn and grow quickly within the company.

- Location: Shoreditch, London. The office is dog-friendly.
