Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established local authority based in Newcastle. They are looking for a Housing Management Lawyer to join their growing team. Role: Housing Management Lawyer
Rate: £50 - £60 an hour Umbrella
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid role)
Contract Length: 3 months on going
Responsibilities:
- Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in housing legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Be responsible for advising housing litigation matters, preparing court proceedings and documentation.
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.
