Digital Resourcing Apprentice

Main duties:

  • Managing all ad responses and ensuring all applications receive a response to their applications on Recruit Genie
  • Screening candidates CVs, selecting and shortlisting appropriate candidates for our clients on Loomly
  • Managing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets databases and keeping them tidy and up to date
  • Working with clients to ensure they have good ad responses in a timely manner
  • Advertising jobs and using social media to promote our clients and their job vacancies
  • Using Canva to design marketing material

Skills and qualities:

  • Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Salary and benefits:
