Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to run the service department alongside the Aftersales Manager in this prestige Main Dealer setting. This demanding role will require a candidate with the drive and ambition to push forward a Dealership with a team of 35 to manage and draw the best from. Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
- Work to KPI's in relation to the department and budgets
- Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
- Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in the role of running a service department
- Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring service team members
- Ability to oversee service department duties
- A stable work history
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary to £45k
- Generous bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
