The company you'll be working for is the UK's leading construction businesses with a £1.2b turnover. Working in sectors such as but not limited to Accomodation, Commercial, Residential and Education.

As Project Quantity Surveyor you will initially lead a £15m project in the heart of the City Centre. You will be involved in the preparation of contract documents, including BOQ, manage the cost of projects from conception to completion and be responsible for the preparation of monthly valuations and final accounts. You will also evaluate project variations and manage change, in addition to cost forecasting and budget management. The role requires liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
