Exciting brand new role for a progressive, growing Accounting, Outsourcing and Financial Services Group to promote their services and offerings for their 10 branches.

This role will grow with you to include travel across the UK, to visit clients and attend shows. It may involve travel to India and Dubai on occasion. This role is working alongside a Business Develop Manager to build out business development so all ideas on how promote services will be heard and supported where possible - really unique and exciting opportunity with creative freedom and an attractive commission structure.

Experience liaising with accountancy practices is a must.

  • Candidate requirements:

  • 2+ yrs Experience in a customer focussed Outbound Sales Executive or similar role.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach

  • Sales experience selling a Service

  • Knowledge of Accountancy sector.

  • Detail oriented with excellent records management

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Ambitious and focused on self-development

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite

  • Comfortable with remote / hybrid role

Role responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients

  • Cold outreach – Phone, email & Social media

  • Qualify prospects and book appointments for senior manager to propose & close

  • Keep detailed notes and updates on CRM system

  • Achieve challenging targets on regular basis

  • Promote company & services at every opportunity – Social media / trade shows etc

  • Contribute to strategy sessions

  • Feedback to manager on regular basis

  • Progress to BDM within 6-12 months
