The role involves working on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters (leasing and lease management)
- Investment acquisitions and sales
- Commercial development projects
- Housebuilder development work
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist senior team members in managing, progressing, and completing real estate transactions for a variety of clients, including local entrepreneurs and international blue-chip investors.
