Position Overview:
As a Sales Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and maximising profitability. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, setting targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products is desirable.
- Valid driver's license.
Location:
The dealership is located on the outskirts of Bristol, providing easy access to both urban amenities and scenic countryside.
