Your Day-to-Day:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional welcome.
- Manage phone calls and emails with efficiency and charm.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for important client meetings.
- Take care of general admin duties like filing, data entry, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Keep the reception area looking fresh and professional.
- Jump in to assist with ad-hoc tasks and be the go-to support for the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in reception or front-of-house roles, ideally in real estate or professional services.
- Excellent communication and people skills - you thrive on making a great first impression.
- Strong multitasking ability, able to keep cool under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
