First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their client in Alloa who specializes in rotating equipment for O&G, Petrochemical & Energy sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine shop operations, and either be a time-served machinist or hold a degree in engineering or a related field.
The Role
- Apply knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Handle various raw materials effectively.
- Adhere to and maintain quality systems and standards.
- Implement process improvement techniques.
- Operate and maintain a variety of machines and tools.
- Apply engineering and technology principles and practices in daily tasks.
Successful Candidate
- Proven experience in a machine shop
- Time-served machinist or degree in engineering/production background.
- In-depth understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and standards.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in the use of machines and tools relevant to the field.
