Job Title: Site Based Project Manager
Location: Central Manchester
Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Based Project Manager to oversee a high-value (£12.5M) high-rise construction project.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of:
£60,000
Car allowance
Performance-related bonus
Pension scheme
25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the site setup and manage a team including a Senior Site Manager and Site Manager.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards on-site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client liaison.
- Ensure the project is executed smoothly from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS white or gold card.
- SMSTS certification.
- Knowledge of asbestos awareness and fire safety.
- Experience on Astra Software
- Experience working on high rise projects
- Experience overseeing a project up to the value of £12M
