The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other members of the school community.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the Early Years curriculum.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant educational practices.
- Ensure that all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed to the highest standard.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in teaching the EYFS curriculum.
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor learning experiences to meet individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for inspiring young learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
