The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children at a crucial stage in their development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other members of the school community.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant educational practices.
  • Ensure that all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed to the highest standard.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in teaching the EYFS curriculum.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor learning experiences to meet individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for inspiring young learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
