About the Role: As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of our financial planning team, providing high-quality support to our advisers. You will be responsible for preparing detailed client reports, conducting thorough research, and assisting in the formulation of tailored financial advice. This role offers a pathway for growth and progression, with plenty of support to help you achieve your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis of financial products, investments, and planning tools.
  • Producing comprehensive suitability reports for client presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with advisers to deliver personalised, compliant financial advice.
  • Assisting with cash flow modeling and investment report preparation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and ensuring advice meets the latest standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Junior Paraplanner or Senior IFA Administrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) or working towards them is advantageous but not essential.
