Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Woolston are looking for an experienced Sales & After Sales Specialist to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Description
- Following up warm sales leads
- Completing cold calls
- Populating data on the CRM systems
- Working to specific geographical locations
- Assisting the sales team with visit planning
- Collaboration with the head of sales and managing director on sales analytics
- Light manual handing tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Ordering, booking, and managing incoming stock
- Managing billing, shipping and out going goods
- Handling and resolving customer issues
- Assisting with technical support inquiries
The Successful Candidate
- Previous experience using SAP is essential
- 2 years experience in sales and cold calling
- Previous use of CRM system
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to prioritise workload
What's On Offer
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
- Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
- 25 Days Holiday + BH
