Customer Success Executive

£28,000 per annum + company benefits

Agenda Partnership are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive for a client in Uxbridge to support the field-based sales team with all administrative order processing duties and to keep regularly updating external and internal clients and colleagues with status of deliveries and confirmation of orders.

This role will include data input, using the internal company CRM, MS Excel for company records - so attention to detail will be required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system
  • Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries
  • Ensuring that agreed delivery dates are maintained
  • Manage the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
  • Process quotes to the customers
  • Stock Control and transfer
  • On occasions, visit the warehouse and identify areas of improvement

Skills and experience required:

  • 2:1 Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Full UK driving license - occasional travel to warehouse and potentially other offices may be a requirement
  • Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good team worker and collaborator
