Finance Assistant – Sheffield - £26,000- £29,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with an award winning technology company, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team.

As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Authorising invoices on the system
- Collating expense reports and checking receipts
- Entering invoices for both US and UK entities as required. Setting up new bank templates and assisting in weekly payment runs
- Assisting with the monthly payroll, ensuring all month end reports are produced and reconciled.
- Monthly reconciliation of key control accounts including all bank reconciliations
- Responsible for review of Aged Creditors and ensure missing invoices are chased, statements are reconciled, and payments allocated correctly
- Assisting with annual budgeting process
- Working as an integral part of the annual audit
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Raising sales invoices and ensuring the correct reports/information are sent to each customer.
- Credit Control across the US and UK
Skills & Experience you require:
- Part or fully qualified AAT, with good all-round experience in a finance function.
- Ability to organise workload and prioritise to maximum effect
- Willingness to take on a variety of duties as required
- Experience of managing payment runs across multiple entities and multicurrency
- IT literate including excel
- Proactive with a positive can-do attitude
