Our client is a rapidly growing dentistry brand that is transforming the way dental care is accessed through innovative eCommerce solutions. They are dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and driving lead generation to connect with those who need their services most. They are looking for a talented CRO Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of improving dental care access.

My client is seeking a data-driven and creative CRO Manager who will be responsible for optimising their online platforms to maximise conversion rates. In this role, the CRO Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase lead generation, and drive sales through eCommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Optimise landing pages, website content, and user journeys to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes based on data-driven insights.
  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and multivariate tests to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align conversion strategies with lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on conversion metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CRO efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRO Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimisation techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
