As a Parts Data Integrity Analyst in our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate inventory records, meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable stock levels. You'll follow set processes to ensure correct stock placement and reduce errors, which are key metrics for our team.
This is a stand-alone role where you'll have a level of autonomy to control your workflow and meet set deadlines. You will be a key member of the team responsible for managing and counting the inventory correctly. This is not a desk-based role, but rather hands-on, involving physical counting, checking, and verifying parts in a warehouse environment and manual handling when required and using either a forklift or reach truck. You'll be checking a wide variety of components, from engines to screws and washers, for various Aston Martin models from DB5 to Valkyrie.
The purpose of this role is to ensure stock accuracy and error reduction, working closely with various teams within the PDC (Parts Distribution Centre). Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing systems and processes to improve inventory accuracy, conducting stock checks, producing reports, working on parts quality issues, and ensuring parts are fit for sale.
We are looking for a confident, driven, analytical person with an investigative mindset and a methodical approach to tasksYou'll have exceptional attention to detail skills as some parts have similar numbers, making accuracy in checking and verifying with minimal error essential. You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you'll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise. You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel.
The Key Requirements...
- Experience within a similar inventory management role
- Experience in inventory analysis with component supply and analysis is beneficial
- Hands-on role with physical inventory checking and counting
- Microsoft: Excel
The set working pattern for this role is Monday - Thurs 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30 with an expectation to be site-based (Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes) 100% of the time due to the nature of the role.
