Accounts and Sales Admin Assistant

A full time position, based at our offices in Tidworth, Hampshire.

  • Starting salary from £27,000
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays, running on a yearly cycle from 1st January to 31 December. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year and those days do not come out of the holiday allowance. The number of days will vary year on year so is not a fixed additional number of days.
  • Working hours 0900 to 1730, Monday to Friday, office based.

The Accounts and Sales Assistant works as accounts and administrative support to the Aardvark McLeod team to ensure the highest standard of client care and satisfaction. This involves detailed record keeping, liaising with worldwide suppliers, airlines and clients, and general office duties. Key duties will including handling daily receipts and invoices for clients, ensuring operators' invoices are identified for payment, maintaining accurate records on all currency accounts, providing monthly and quarterly figures relating to client bookings and providing administrative support to the Administration Manager and the Sales team.
