We are thrilled to have partnered with a leading independent financial advice firm in Birmingham, who are actively looking for a IFA Administrator to join their team! Our client has built themselves a brilliant reputation within industry, and pride themselves on providing truly bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to their clients across the UK and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the Paraplanning & Advice team with duties such as preparing client packs, processing new business, and arranging meetings
  • First point of contact for client queries and resolutions of any issues
  • Onboarding new clients to the company and following new account opening processes
  • Staying up to date with FCA requirements and Compliance Policies

What you need to apply:

  • Proficient experience with administration in a wealth management environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and back office systems such as Intelligent Office
  • 2+ years industry experience within the wealth management sector or financial services
  • Working towards industry relevant qualifications such as DipPFS
