- Hours- 8:30am to 4.30pm (Monday to Thur) and 8.30am to 4pm Friday

LTF Recruitment are on the search for a caring, friendly, and nurturing teaching assistant, to support children across Reception. The school is looking for someone adaptable and feels comfortable supporting on a whole class basis, small group & 1:1 basis. The role is based at a 'OFSTED' Good rated Primary School in Alderman's Green and offered on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
The Role:
- Supporting the class teacher with the teaching and learning in the classroom
- Ensuring all children and provided with a safe environment to learn in
- Running phonics sessions in the class
- Supporting pupils with SEN
Who we are looking for:
- Hold Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Must have experience working within a childcare or Primary setting.
- Knowledge of EYFS curriculums
- Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
- Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration, and self-esteem of pupils.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
