Pay Rate: £13.50

Working Hours: 2-4 days per week including weekends

Location: Greenwich

Contract Duration: 2 month seasonal work

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests? Our client, a leading visitor attraction, is seeking a Front of House Team Member to join their team in Greenwich. With a friendly and professional attitude, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and engaging with visitors of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in all areas of the attraction, including entrance, gate-line, platform, ticket office, and external locations.
  • Maximise sales targets, contributing to an increase in sales of various ticket packages and retail offerings.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guests leave satisfied.
  • Strive to deliver a 5-star level of customer service, consistently exceeding customer satisfaction survey targets.
  • Provide accurate information to guest queries regarding fares, local transport links, and nearby attractions.
  • Demonstrate excellent cash handling skills in accordance with financial procedures.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as paperwork, ticket supplies, and group bookings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of how to drive sales and create positive guest experiences
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Works systematically and communicates challenges effectively.
  • Prioritises health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Treats everyone as a valued guest.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to learn and share knowledge.

Experience in a similar role within a visitor attraction is essential, and first aid training is desirable.
