This well-established manufacturing company seeks an Accounts & HR Administrator to support the Finance team in the Sittingbourne office. You will be part of a small finance team reporting to the in-house Financial Controller.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week but there can be some flexibility over start and finish times.
This is a hands-on position, and you will working closely with the finance team and directors on accounts administration and basic HR matters.
Accounts Administration
- Data entry for invoices
- Filing invoices and other accounts paperwork
Human Resources
- Collating staff timesheets and preparing information to be sent to the outsourced payroll service
- Sending out and chasing completed staff contracts
- Collating and recording staff holiday information
The role will suit someone with the following experience and skills:
- GSCE Maths and English Grade C or above
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- A confidential approach to dealing with all HR and payroll matters
- Interpersonal, communication and team working skills
- Good attention to detail and awareness of deadlines
- Excellent timekeeping and organisation
- Strong general IT skills
