About the Role

Are you a dedicated, highly qualified nurse ready to make a difference? We are looking for a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in North West London. This is a unique opportunity to step into a rewarding role where you'll have a direct impact on the health and well-being of our residents.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the care of a community of at least 25 residents and managing all clinical aspects of their care. We are seeking someone with a proactive attitude who can hit the ground running, demonstrate clinical excellence, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Care: Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical care for all residents, ensuring their health and safety needs are met.
  • Leadership: Act as a leader within the community, supporting residents and the team with your expertise and guidance.
  • Clinical Management: Manage all clinical aspects of care, including medication administration, wound care, and resident assessments.
  • Collaboration: Attend GP rounds and liaise with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (NMC): Minimum of 1 year of NMC registration.
  • Location: Must be based in North West London and legally authorized to work full-time without sponsorship.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home setting is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work both day and night shifts as required (8 AM to 8 PM shifts).
  • Commitment: This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who is ready to jump in and make a lasting difference.
