- User Requirements Analysis: Ensure successful implementations by thoroughly analysing user needs.

- Technical Leadership: Lead small teams of engineers, providing guidance and expertise.
- Debugging Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve challenging real-time issues.
- Project Planning and Reviews: Participate in project scoping, planning, and technical reviews.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to achieve project goals.
About You
- Embedded Software Development: Experience in embedded real-time software development on various OS and chipsets.
- Programming Skills: Excellent knowledge of the C programming language.
- Real-Time Software Expertise: Experience with real-time, multi-processor, multi-threaded, event-driven software.
- Debugging Proficiency: Exceptional debugging skills, with a passion for solving challenging real-time platform issues.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with tools for debugging, profiling, code coverage, and memory leak detection.
- Configuration Management: Experience using configuration management and fault tracking tools.
- Innovative Mindset: Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to problems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and Ownership: Proven ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks, with a tenacious approach to problem-solving.
