Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's dynamic team. You'll be at the forefront of property lettings, helping tenants find their perfect home while delivering unparalleled service. You'll also be a key player in maintaining and growing our property portfolio.
Duties:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Market properties across various platforms to attract tenants
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the lettings process
- Liaise between landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
- Keep accurate records of property listings and client communications
- Conduct property valuations (depending on experience, and training is available)
Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of lettings experience
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate deals effectively
- Proficiency in administration and handling paperwork
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, aiding in serving our diverse clientele

Hours:
25.5 hours per week, schedule to ideally include working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED)
