The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in the technical development and delivery of a variety of projects, ensuring that each design is executed with precision and meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will have sufficient experience post qualification and will have excellent technical abilities.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician with UK-based experience.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and building regulations.
  • Support project teams in resolving technical issues and challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest building technologies, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
