Software Sales | Uncapped Commission | OTE 150% of basic | Accelerated Commission

Our client, a SaaS vendor in the construction industry, is looking to bring onboard a new Sales Consultant to help them achieving some strategic objectives and attract new prospects as well as expanding curent client accounts. They currently have projects live with a number of the top construction companies across the UK and are looking to both increase opportunity within these areas as well as break into new client areas. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time out in the field with clients creating and converting opportunities to upsell revenue on a subscription basis rather than project-by-project.

As such, the ideal candidate will have an impressive and objective sales record to date, along with the drive and hunger to make their mark in a business that will continue to scale rapidly over the next few years. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic as well as the chance to earn 50% of your salary in commission for hitting target. Any revenue above target will be rewarded with accelerated commission and is completely uncapped. Other than the monetary benefits, this role also offers the chance to work with and learn from professionals who have successfully scaled and exited several businesses to an impressive extent.

This role is based in London, either in the office or out on site meeting with prospective clients. You will have the autonomy to deliver in a flexible manner, with the expectation that the flexibility works both ways to achieve business goals.
