A Desk-Top Claims Handler is required to join a firm of specialists in disaster recovery and restoration. The role will be office based full time in the Leeds/Bradford area.
Key responsibilities
- You will handle cases from first point of contact for new cases to conclusion and invoicing.
- You will communicate with customers and instructing clients over the telephone and in writing.
- You will allocate contractors and manage building repair, restoration and other suppliers, proactively guiding claims to settlement.
- Responding effectively to technical queries, issues and complaints.
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in handling property insurance claims.
- You will have the ability to deal with insurers, policyholders, contractors and loss adjusters.
- Capable of working within a small team.
- Computer literate.
