Our client is a well-known Hospitality company. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with professionals and contribute to the smooth functioning of our department.

Position Overview:

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team Your responsibilities will include calendar management and local BAU sends, targeting a primary audience aged 18 – 28 converting communications into in-store delivery platforms visits and spending. The successful candidate must have prior CRM Executive experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management of brand and local BAU sends
  • Targeting a primary audience aged 18-28, converting communications into in-store / delivery platform visits and spending.
  • Build out personalised journeys to transition students into loyal customers post large sign-up campaigns.
  • Copywriting.
  • Using a CRM management system to assist in offer set-ups and analysis.
  • Analysing data.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a CRM Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Enthusiastic team player willing to contribute to the success.
  • Desirable is used Como CRM management.
