Customer Marketing & Loyalty Analytics team

, we aim to turn our world-renowned Boots Advantage Card data into clear, actionable insights for our stakeholders. Ultimately, we want customers to receive highly personal, relevant communications that drive value for the business.We'll help you develop the skills and expertise that you need to become a Customer Marketing Analyst of the future. You'll have access to functional and role specific training to help set you up for success.

What you'll do

  • You'll work collaboratively with teams across the business to help deliver the best outcomes for our customers, building targeted campaign selections and identifying optimum audiences for our marketing campaigns,
  • You'll analyse the results for campaigns (across email/app/social), translating your findings effectively and present them to our business partners, providing insight that shapes future strategies to improve what we do and drive commercial value.
  • You'll seek to continuously improve existing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the delivery of wider projects.

What you'll need to have

You must be on track or have achieved a 2:1 or above in a degree with strong quantitative elements (i.e. includes statistics modules), such as Maths, Physics, Geography, Psychology

It would be great if you also have

  • Proactive attitude, keen to get involved and bring new ideas and give something new a
  • Excellent communication skills and talented relationship builder, an ability to work well as part of a team and confident working with many different internal and external stakeholders at one time
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems, using available data to develop a scalable solution
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, experience of delivering to tight deadlines
  • Change mindset
  • An ability to challenge processes / figures and deliver efficiencies and proactively investigate potential problem
  • A strong drive for self-development and growth
  • An interest in Marketing/Digital Marketing, our brand and what we do here
