Cover Supervisor

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:40am - 3:40pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team after the October half term. This role is ideal for individuals with previous teaching experience, although QTS status is not required. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the potential for a permanent contract, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking to further their career in education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supervise classes and manage student behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure that pre-prepared educational activities are delivered effectively.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Assist with other educational activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a teaching or educational supervisory role.
- Strong classroom management skills.
