Eaton Syalon is working in exclusive partnership with an exceptional East Midlands employer to hire a Finance Administrator into their team. This role is ideal for a super organised, proactive candidate with strong administration and finance admin skills.

Day to day you will undertake a wide variety of tasks including:

  • Supplier and customer query investigation and resolution
  • Updating of supplier and customer data across a variety of systems
  • Handling calls and queries over email and telephone
  • Supplier account management including organising prompt payments, updating new and existing supplier accounts
  • Liaise with business operations teams and collaborate on a range of administrative support

Our client is keen to talk with talented Administrators interested in gaining further experience in an accounts environment as well as experienced Accounts Administrators seeking a varied role within a fast paced and friendly team. You will also need to possess the ability to prioritise your own workload, build good working relationships with suppliers and customers as well as key internal stakeholders. You work accurately and in an organised way with strong IT skills (in particular you are comfortable using MS Excel).
