Based at our newly refurbished offices you'll join our team of customer service co-ordinators, with the specific remit of working with our hire customers.
You'll be THE go to person for all equipment hire and cover every aspect of the hire process including:
- Responding to hire and sales enquiries
- Making sure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time
- Ensuring all off hire and equipment returns are properly administered
- Liaising with our customers over the phone and via email, to make sure the receive the very best experience
You'll also support our Sales team with contract administration, sales order processing and more.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Hire Desk Controller, Customer Service Administrator - Plant Hire, Construction Equipment, Access Hire, Equipment Hire, Tool Hire
This is a busy role and we need you to jump right in, so you'll have worked in a hire desk team before, and that could be in:
- Plant, tool, powered access, lifting, crane.
- Welfare, generators, forklifts.
- HGV, agricultural equipment, attachments or equipment hire.
But, you might have worked on Trade Desks / Hire Desks within Builders Merchants, Timber or Plumbing Merchants.
Whatever your background you'll:
- Have excellent communication abilities, able to work with all types of personalities.
- Enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Be highly organised, with superb attentional to detail strong IT skills.
- Be happy to take ownership of projects and tasks.
Above all you'll need to bring boundless energy, a desire to deliver the best possible customer service and a love of being in the thick of things.
