As a Senior Administration Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the Office Manager and business with their administrative needs, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a proactive approach. You will also be involved in conducting background research and presenting findings on an ad-hoc basis. Your ability to handle day-to-day issues with sensitivity and confidentiality will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the office.

Duties:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties, such as copying and taking notes.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for external guests.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings as needed.
  • Managing day-to-day issues in a sensitive and confidential manner.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience within an Administration role.
  • Strong PC and MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude with excellent administrative and customer service skills.
  • Experience of minute taking is highly desirable.
