Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a temporary sales order administrator. This role is based in Radcliffe, Manchester and is fully office based 36.15 hours per week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full customer administration support, logging orders using a CRM system, processing orders, inputting data, you will deal with emails, take calls from customers and handle enquires. You will send sales orders, raise requests, collate necessary documentation and any duties required via the customer service manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of processing sales orders, you will have strong IT skills, you will have excellent attention to detail, you will be immediately available, you will be comfortable talking to people on the phone. You will be immediately available to start work and able to start at short notice.
What you'll get in return
This is an ongoing temporary role for a busy period over the summer. The immediate starting hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. £12.00 per hour
