We are expanding and are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Role Overview

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Mash Care, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by sourcing and telephone screening candidates and managing interview bookings. While no prior experience in recruitment is necessary thanks to our comprehensive training, strong administrative skills and office experience are crucial. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking and working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels.
  • Telephone Screening: Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for various care roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and book interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure successful placements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including managing candidate databases, handling recruitment paperwork, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Who We're Looking For

  • Admin Skills: You are proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, managing records, and using office software. Experience working in an office environment is essential.
  • Organisational Skills: You are highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while working under pressure.
  • Customer Service Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Motivation and Drive: You are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field, bringing enthusiasm and energy to your role.
  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential.

Position Details:

Salary:

£23,400 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

Role Type:

Full-Time, Permanent (Flexible/Part-Time Hours Considered)

Hours:

Full-Time 37.5 hrs or Part-Time 25 hours

Holiday:

20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and 3 additional bonus days at Christmas
