Our client is a not for profit business who pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking an experienced HR advisor to join their busy HR team!

Description

  • Administering HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies
  • Managing complex ER cases
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Performing job evaluations and job analyses
  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Demonstrable previous experience within a HR Advisor role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
