Description
- Administering HR policies and procedures
- Conducting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies
- Managing complex ER cases
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Performing job evaluations and job analyses
- Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Demonstrable previous experience within a HR Advisor role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
