Trainee Accounts Assistant

£26,950 + Pension
This role for a Trainee Accounts Assistant would suit trainee, graduate or someone with a little accounts experience who is seeking a career in the accountancy field.
Some of your duties will include:
- Working in a small team and assisting with preparing client accounts
- Receiving and responding to initial enquiries from clients and requests for quotes
- Preparing and presenting quotations to clients with use of templated quote formats
- Maintaining a detailed log of quotations that had been issued to clients
- Preparing, calculating and emailing invoices to clients in a prompt manner
- Dealing with any invoice queries that occur and resolving all issues
