Job Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll find new business and manage current accounts in the construction industry. You'll build relationships with contractors, developers, and industry experts, while meeting sales targets and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Visit sites, give presentations, and demonstrate products to potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other key contacts.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress.
  • Share feedback with management on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales within the construction industry is essential.
  • Good knowledge of the construction sector and technical products.
  • A results-focused mindset with a history of meeting or beating sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own area.
  • A valid UK driving license.
