This role is essential for driving the outbound campaign strategy to create a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will work closely with global and regional marketing teams, leveraging centrally owned programs and ensuring their successful implementation in the EMEA region.

  • Own the Outbound Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound campaign strategy to support digital sales pipe creation in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Partner with global and regional marketing teams to leverage centrally owned programs, ensuring they are relevant and effectively utilized in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Segmentation & Data Strategy:
  • Participate in market segmentation and strategy discussions.

  • Identify target customers and potential prospects in each segment.

  • Develop compelling themes to drive higher engagement levels.

  1. Content Development:
  • Develop messaging

  • Create email copy and review assets to align with the outbound campaign strategy.

  1. Translation & Localisation:
  • Navigate translation processes to deliver customized, local language content.

  • Ensure programs are tailored to local markets.

  1. Campaign Building:
  • Define tactics and build campaign elements such as Outreach Sequences, Snippets, and Social Outreach.

  • Define critical campaign metrics and reporting needs.

  • Track & Report Effectiveness

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience in outbound marketing, campaign management, and digital sales support.
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation, content development, and localization processes. Proficiency in campaign building and enablement activities.
  • Ability to define and track critical metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global and regional teams.
