Early Career Teacher (ECT) - SEND School

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our pool of staff working with SEND schools across Merseyside. We are offering both full-time and part-time roles, with the flexibility of ad-hoc shifts, giving you the opportunity to develop your teaching experience in a supportive and dynamic SEND environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEND students
- Work closely with support staff to ensure the educational and emotional development of students
- Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create individual learning plans
- Assess, track, and report on student progress
- Be flexible and ready to take on morning calls for daily assignments
Requirements:
- Newly qualified teacher (NQT) or ECT status
- A passion for working with children with special educational needs
- The ability to adapt lessons and manage behaviour effectively
- Willingness to work in different SEND schools across Merseyside
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
