FTC 12 months- Senior Administrator - Finance Department!
Hours: Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week 8:00am- 4:00pm
Location: Bradford - BD5
Salary: £24,000- £27,000

We are partnering with an academy based in Bradford who are looking for a candidate to come and join their small, friendly finance team. This role is a Fixed Term contract covering a maternity cover. There is always the potential of a permanent role afterwards!
The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator! If you have had exposure to some finance duties this is a bonus but not essential.
Main duties:
- General Administration
- Data entry using the internal CRM system
- Processing PO numbers - This is the main bulk of this role
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Great Administration experience
- Exposure to some finance duties- This is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business
- Highly organised and high level of attention to detail
- IT literate- Microsoft, Excel, Internal systems
