SENIOR PRICING AND FINANCE ANALYST

A specialist payments service provider in the FinTech space is looking for a new Senior Analyst in their Finance team. The role will be very analytical and will cover work not only financial analytics but also the commercial & pricing analytics and strategy.
THE COMPANY
This specialist payments company work within the insurance industry and are growing fast along with their customer base. They are in now "scale up" mode and hoping to grow by 100 headcount in the next 18 months. They provide a hybrid approach to office work.
THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved but not limited to the following day to day:
- Conduct thorough reviews of customer behaviors and pricing to inform financially sound business decisions
- Monitor KPIs, analyse revenue and gross margin drivers, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with Sales to improve understanding of customer pricing and profitability
- Manage projects like the Transaction Economics model and Pricing Audit to maximise profitability
- Assist Finance with month-end reporting, providing insightful commentary
- Support quarterly budgeting and reforecasting using customer behaviour knowledge
- Work with Data team to enhance data visualisation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in SQL is a must
- Experience in Excel
- Experience in commercial and financial analytics in a plus
- Strong numerate degree
